1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website, creating an account, or downloading any QR codes generated by our platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2. Service Description & System Outages

CompuSOURCE provides tools to create, design, customize, and manage dynamic QR codes that link to destination content. While we strive to maintain high system availability:

• We perform regular server upgrades and database maintenance, which can result in temporary service interruptions.
• Network latency, hosting provider issues, or third-party outages may cause your physical QR codes to temporarily fail to redirect correctly.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation of our redirect networks.

3. Absolute Limitation of Liability & Waiver of Lawsuits

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL COMPUSOURCE OR ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF, OR IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH, THE USE OF OUR SERVICES OR THE INABILITY TO USE OR SCAN OUR GENERATED QR CODES.

YOU EXPRESSLY AGREE NOT TO SUE OR COMMENCE ANY LEGAL ACTION, CLAIMS, LAW-SUITS, ARBITRATIONS, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDINGS AGAINST COMPUSOURCE FOR ANY DISRUPTIONS OR ERRORS IN THE ROUTING OR PRINTING OF YOUR QR CODES.

4. User Account & Subscriptions

You are responsible for keeping your email login credentials secure. CompuSOURCE reserves the right to disable, suspend, or terminate any workspace or account that violates intellectual property rules or distributes spam, malware, or inappropriate/deceptive destination redirects.

5. Subscription Packages

While registrations currently default to the **PREMIUM** tier package at no cost, CompuSOURCE reserves the right to modify pricing structures, add tier constraints, or introduce billing models in the future upon reasonable notification.

6. Termination

You may terminate these terms at any time by deleting your account and ceasing all use of the generated QR codes. CompuSOURCE may also terminate your access immediately if you breach any part of these Terms.
